Josef Frank (1885-1967) was an Austrian born, Swedish architect, designer and professor. He grew up in Vienna, where he studied architecture at the Kongstgewerbeschule. Due to the antisemitism of the time, he was forced to move to Sweden, where he began working with Estrid Ericsson at Svenskt Tenn in 1934 and together they transformed the narrative of Swedish design
