Architect Kay Fisker (1893—1965) was awarded several prestigious prizes both in Denmark and abroad for his many beautiful functionalist buildings. Fisker graduated from the Architectural School in Copenhagen in 1920 and worked, during his studies, for Anton Rosen and Hack Kampmann in Copenhagen and for Gunnar Asplund in Stockholm.
